Christmas Returns 2025:         
For your convenience, we have extended our returns period for goods purchased as Christmas gifts from 31.10.24 to Monday 12.01.26. All usual returns terms and conditions still apply.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, return the item unworn and in perfect condition, in original packaging with tags attached, within 30 days** for an exchange or refund. 

Due to hygiene reasons The Zone are unable to accept returns on underwear and tights. This does not affect your statutory rights.
